- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One of the many stores in the area that do not have items such as makeup, to meet the needs of the off "military" post, residents of color. Post has products for all skin hues. Non military & anon DoD can't shop in base stores. We shop in stores on the economy, such as this CVS. Their statement remains that they don't have enough request for other shades of makeup, and they can't just change what they have in stock . This was from the day manager. The item I searched the isles for was BLACK eyebrow contour brush system. The darkest shade they had was dark brown.
