- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Support staff is extremely rude. Dr. Carnett was very nice. The amount of items we were being billed for was getting out of hand. We finally switched when we started being billed for office visits on top of our free annual preventive care checkup. The billing department explained that most patients take up too much of their time during those checks so they had to start adding additional charges without notifying them. While trying to understand the justification of the surprise charges I was finally told they would write off the balance if we would choose to see a different practice. Done!June 28, 2017by Justin R
