  The level of professionalism here is the worst I have experienced in awhile. I had set up an automatic pay via fax with Talor over the phone and to my knowledge had taken care of the renweal and auto pay. Being a legit company you'd think if there were anything else needed theyd tell you then... Apparently not. I was informed by the dmv nearly 2 months later my policy had lapsed. When I called to find out everyone wanted to wash their hands of the situation and put the fault on me. I had done everything I was asked to and had received nothing to the effect of sign or possible cancelation.. nothing. So I called the company directly where I was informed my policy was canceled by the girl I spole to, she even said they had the recorded call. Next step I just wanted to be taken care of as the customer. I would have signed a new policy with them but they wanted a fee to write the new policy and oh yeah, rates went up too and she wouldn't waive it. So I'm suffering for their mistake and nobody will give decent rates to someone who has been without insurance for 2 months a decent rate. I thought hey, I'll go talk to the owner.. she'll be reasonable... uh no. Her temperament is demeaning to say the least. Save your time and money and the headache.. the penny's aren't worth it. I am also taking this to the BBB as well as AZ dept. of insurance for investigation. Haven't decided if I'll go as far as an attorneys yet.
