  Called to get a quote on a emergency visit, they answered asked if I could hold. Out of courtesy, of course I replied yes. Had me waiting half an hour! Hung up called again, they asked again. Told them it was an emergency! She said there was nothing they could do, that they had enough "emergencies" to deal with.. ??? I'm sorry ?! I didnt want to give them the damn star but its the only way to type up a review. Horrible customer service, with such few words.

  Will never use or recommend this clinic ever again!! We liked taking our two dogs there until tonight! Opey was bitten by another dog and got a 1 1/2 in laceration on his face, I called the vet at 8:15 pm and asked if they could look at him, I was told that since they close in 45 min that they wouldn't look at him and would recommend taking him to Tucson!! I explained that we could not get him to Tucson tonight and asked again if they could just look at him since they are the only vets open in Sierra Vista right now and he is a client of their clinic. I was told no again stating that they close soon and cant look at him!! What kind of Vet turns away a dog with a laceration to his face knowing that he/she is the only vet open in this town!?!?! Dr. Cortez obviously only cares about her clients during business hours, because I don't know any other vet that would turn a dog away saying "we close soon sorry" as an excuse!! We didn't ask them to come in and open the place up for us, all we asked them to do is maybe say a little late for an unforeseen emergency and all we got was we are not an emergency room and we are only open for clients with appointments. So sad I really did think that they were better then that, I guess not.

  I don't believe I have ever been to these people, but I wouldn't recommend them unless your last name is Trump. I have an extremely sick cat and not a lot of money. They were the only clinic opened on a Sunday. I left 3 messages before they finally got back to me. I wanted to bring my kitty in because I don't think she's long for this world. There was an appointment at 1:30. After I applied to this website they advised, the website said they weren't a part of their network. I waited for her to ask the vet if I could come in and make some kind of payment arrangements because I wasn't going to get paid until Wednesday and I didn't think my cat had that long. So, she was going to check with the vet and get back to me. She never did. When I finally called 2 hours later, that 1:30 appointment time was gone. They don't care about my cat, or if she is so sick and that she's at death's door. I can't believe anyone would use this vet. And, I gave one star because I had to.
